LONDON, April 10. Captain Benfant has reached Paris from an exploring expedition in Africa. He discovered a waterway connecting the basins of the Benue and Shari rivers, thus proving a continuous communication between the Atlantic and Lake Tchad, obviating the Congo route. THE KAISER. LONDON, April 10. The Kaiser, in the Imperial yacht Hohenzollern, has arrived at Malta.
