At Hastings on Saturday we held a horse sale, with an entry of 68 hacks, harness horses, ponies, and draughts. A fair attendance of the public and dealers was present. Bidding was dull in consequence of the entries being chiefly of a very poor class. In a few cases where the lots Were more attractive, good prices weft Obtained, Prices tanged 4s follows. For ponies ftHd Ibw grade sfirls £2 10s ft £fi; harness sorts trbm £lO to £l6, light hacks from £7 to £lO, in isolated cases up to £l7 10s, draughts of good kinds passed at £42 10s each, others sold from £l7 to £25.
