The Union Company’s s.s. Hawea arrived on Saturday morning from Auckland. discharged 400 tons cargo, loaded 5200 sheep, and left at 5.30 p.m. for Lyttelton. She is timed to load at Bluff to-morrow, at Oamaru on Wednesday, and at Timaru on Thursday for this port. The barquentine Kate Tatham arrived yesterday from Newcastle with a load of cool and anchored in the roadstead. She will be brought to the breastwork this morning. The s.s. Kahn did not turn up yesterday from Wellington, but was expected at night. The schooner Coronation left on Saturday for Gisborne, with a load of timber. The scow X.garu was to leave for Lyttelton last night, with timber. The Shaw, Savill, and Albion Company s s.s.. Rangatira arrived in London on Cue sth instant.
