LIVERPOOL DOCK CHARGES.

LONDON, April 8. Lord Inverclyde, Chairman of the Cunard Line, speaking at a meeting at Liverpool, said that if the company were hampered by increasing dock charges they would transfer their fast ships to another port. He added that already they paid higher dues than rivals at Southampton, Havre, Bremen, and Hamburg.
