No entry will be received for any race except on this condition; That all disputes, claims, and objection* arising oat of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the stewards, or those they may oppolnt, and their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall he final. 2. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Ashhurst, with entrance money enclosed; also name, age at time of entry, pedigree, performances of horse, and colours of rider. All Jockeys to ride in costume and in colours nominated, otherwise a fine of 2 sots will be Imposed. 3. When two or more horses start, the property of the same owner or owners, they shall be bracketed together on the totalieator, and a distinguishing colour must be worn. 4. All persons Intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to that effect to the Secretary one halfhour before the adveitlped time of starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule rhull pay a fine ol L uuv* to the Race Fund. 6. All races to be run under the New I Zealand Rules of Racing. I 6. Horses walking over will receive ! only half the stakes. 7. Every entry must fltnto the name or assumed name of the owner or owners. 8.
