MOROCCO.

Five hundred Moroccans attacked a caravan at Astielbegrie, seizing 20 camels. The French troops are pursuing. Received February 23,10.1 p.m. February 23. A report from Paris states that M, Delcaaae is trying to arrange for M. Lonbet to meet the Sultan of Morocco daring his visit to Algeria in the spring.
