Beooivsd February 24, 0.69 o.m. London, February 23. The Kaiser’s declaration in his recent letter to Admiral Hollman has caused a profound sensation throughout Germany. Tho Conservative press considers that the Kaiser holds the essentials of tho Protestant faith. The Liberal newspapers are satisfied that he upholds the freedom of scholarly researches and speculation, while maintaining the orthodox teaching for the people.
