THE CONINGHAM DIVORCE.
PETITIONER’S ADDRESS. Received April 1,11 p.m. Sydney, Monday. After Mr Want had concluded bis address to the jnry, Coningham delivered an excited address. Ho violently accused Dr. O’Haran of destroying his happiness. He emphatically repudiated the insinuation of conspiracy. If damages were awarded ho would not touch a penny, but ask the Court to tie them up for the benefit of bis children. The case was not concluded when the Court rose.
