« Hebald Office, Thursday evening. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agenoy Company, Ltd., have received the following cablegram from their London office:— Tallow — The market is weak. New Zealand fine mutton tallow is worth 26s 9d and good beef tallow 25s per cwt. Messrs Nelson Bros., Ltd., have received the following cable from the Colonial Consignment and Distributing Company, Limited, London :— Frozen Meat Market. — To-day's quotations are : Best Canterbury mutton 6d p3r lb, best Dunedin and Southland not quoted, best Napier and North Island 4|d per lb; lamb, first quality sfd per lb, second quality sjfd per lb.
