Ministers - 'formally welcomed the soldiers who returned by the Paparoa this 5 afternoon. At a gathering in the Cabinet room the Hon. J. G. Ward proposed their health, expressing the hope < that their services would not be lost: to the colony, and- that they would remain in the Volunteer force.
