Sib,— With reference to Dr. de Lisle's report re drain trap at the rear of trading stamp yard, I beg to state that the portion of yard reported as foul (which iB quite correct) bslongs to another part of the buildings, and has not at any time been used by me — in fact the drain in question has been a source of annoyancp fp us for the last twelve months.
