Tet tbi-eqbaph.J W^limot.vn, Tuesday. At the annual meeting of the \7ellington branch o£ the Journalists' Institute Mr C. Wilson was elected chairman for the ensuing year, ilr Q. Scholelield secretary, and Mr H. J. Kearney treasurer. The balance-sheet showed a considerable sum to credit. A deputation was appointed to wait on the Government to urge the passage of the Libel Bill.
