TOE REPUBLICAN BIGHTS. Received January [23,* 9 a.m. Washington, January 22. The Senate have decided to ask President M'Kinley for copies of the correspondence which passed with the so-called Philippine Eepublio, particulars of the territories in the Philippines controlled by the respective forces, and what islands in the group Spain could in any event deliver over to America.
