EXPECTED CONFERENCE IN BEELIN. COMPLAINTS BY GERMAN PRESS. 1 Beceived January 22, 4.40 p.m. * Berlin, January 21. It is expected a conference will be held in Berlin to settle the Samoan difficulty. The German papers complain of the attitude of the British and American Press towards Dr. Eafiel in the absence of adequate information.
