RUSSIAN NAVAL PREPARATION.
Becerved January 21, 10 a.m. St. Petersburg, January 20. The feverish naval preparations of Russia continue. The Government have ordered that three battleships, three cruisers, and a number of fast torpedo boats, shall be constructed at once. .In letting the contracts for the building of these vessels, ■ their construction at an accelerated rate of speed is to be insisted on.
