M. BEATTREPAIKE FOILED.
Becaired January 21, 10 a.m. Pakis, January 20. M. Beaurepaire'a suggestion that the revision of the Dreyfus case should be removed from the criminal side of the Court of Cassation, and remitted to the Judges of all sections of the Court sitting together, has been decisively sat upon by the Chamber of Deputies. A proposal embodying the suggestion was brought forward by an Anti-Semite Deputy, but it was eagerly pushed to a vote and rejected by a large majority.
