A DENIAL. ANOTHER AMERICAN CRUISER FOR SAMOA. TROUBLE FEARED. Received Janoary 21, 1 a,m. Berlin, January 30. Germany has deolared that cho is satis- \ fied with the Samoaa treaty, and denies I encouraging the tebellicm. Washington, January 20. The Crtiiser Philadelphia is about to start from California for Samoa, to coOperate with Britain in the maintenance of the treaty. The authoritiffl at Washington fear that therd will be trouble before Dr. Bafitel, President of the Provisional Government, is restrained.
