THE LIBERAL LEADERSHIP.

Mr John Morley, speaking at Brechin, justified Sir William Vernon Haroourt's action in resigning the leadership of the Liberal party. Speaking for himself, he said he would be unable to take any farther responsible part in the councils of the party. Referring to the Imperialistic tendencies of many prominent politicians, he said imperialism meant militarism.
