THE CARLISTS IN SPAIN.
Beceived January 19, 9.40 a m. Madrid, January 18.
The authorities are still occupied, with the possibility of a Carlist rising. The Carlists themselves are very jubilant, and profess to believe that their success is imminent.
They claim that the army as a whole sympathise with their claims, and that if Don Carlos lands in Spain and raises his standard officers and men will desert wholesale and rally under his command.
