She brings about 80 tons cargo, and is advertised to leave for Wellington and Southern ports at 2 p.m. Captain Douglas has sold the barque Empreza to Messrs Craig and Nicol, of V_ Auckland. She will be retained in the intercolonial trade. The best trip made for some years past between New Tork and Auckland is credited to the barque Peru, which arrived at the Northern port on Thurs- • ■ day last, after a passage of 91 days.
