NEW ZEALAND INSURANCE COMPANY.
Auckland, Wednesday. At a meeting of tho New Zealand Insurance Company Dr. J. L. Campbell, chairman of directors, presiding, the chairman moved the adoption of the report and balance-sheet. Mr A. G. Horton seconded the motion, which was agreed to without dissent. Messrs A. H. Nathan and J. L. Wilson were re-eleated directors unopposed, and Messrs H. Gilflllan and W. R. Holmes were reappointed auditors. Votes of thanks to the directors and officers were carried unanimously.
