AGUINALDO MAKES A THREAT.
GERMANY AND AMERICA CLASHING. Be eived January 11, 10.40 p.m. Manila, January 11. General Aguinaldo has placarded Manila threatening to expel Americans. A prominent German in Manila signed a letter regretting the relations between the Filipinos and Germans are likely to be changed. The Americans are irritated at this statement. Washington, January 11. , ; A Senator promises to make startling revelations regarding German intrigues with the Spaniards and Filipinos when the peace treaty is under discussion in tke Senate. Senator Mason said America should not attempt to govern the Philippines without fcho consent of the Filipinos.
