Wellington, Monday. The executive of the Railway Officers' Institute met In annual oonferenoe to-day, the prooeedlngs belnj? private. The following are the members of the conference ;— President, Mr F. W. Styles ; general treasurer, Mr F. J. Dawee ; general secretary, Mr K. W. M'Vllly; and the following delegates : Auckland, Meßßts J. T. W, Stevenson and J. Young ; WaDganul, Messrs A, H, Mellor (vloepresident) and K. Acklna ; Napier, Mr I. Farle; WelllDgton, Messrs 6. A. C. Robleeon and W. Bonrke ; Cfarlstohnrch, Messrs B. M. Catr, J. Frame, and W. Couoh ; Otogo, Meßßrs 6. Mattheweon md C. L, Rnsaell ; Southland, Mr T. W Brebner. Mr A. Stubbs is aleo present as a member of the executive.
