Emperor William, lv attempting to proofed yosterdny la a launch from his yaobt the Hobenzallern to theptenmer Columbia off Cuzhaven, had a narrow escape from drowning. The sea dashed the lannoh against the yaobt, damaging the lannob, whloh began to sink. The Emperor and those on board were rescued In a boat senti from the yaoht.
