Among those preient were some gentlemen from H.M.S, Mlldara, who, It la understood, were favorably Impressed with the principle of the Invention. If it realises the claims of the Inventor in aotaal praptlae, the Perkins tprpado wcinld have three advantages over other torpedoes, namely, a w}der -range, that doable the number wonld be oarrled, and that there is no visible Indication of Us coarse.
