Ten Bores of the park are to be utilised, In exchange for whloh It la proposed that tbe old Devonshire-street cemetery be converted Into ft park, the cost to be met oat of the £100,000 to be paid to the commissioners an oompensatton. The report does not favor an extension of the railway right to Circular Quay.
