Sir Patrick Bnckley moved the second reading of tbe Contagions Diseases Act Repeal Bill, which came from the Lower House. — Mr Pollen strenuously opposed tbe bill, and moved as a hostile amendment that It be read a second time that day six months.— Sir George Wbltmoro and Mr M'Lean nl«o oppoied the bill, and Messrs Phrm-zyn and Jennings supported 1?. — Tho debate w>'B nrijonrned.
