Peeth, Wednesday. There is Bread excitement on the gold* field b, as the Londonderry Company have again picked up the rich shoot of gold which suddenly gave oat. It was struck at 23 feet in south main shaft, sod driven into seven feet. It reaches from the floor to the rood of the drive, nod glisteDS like a jeweller's shop. Some ot the gold is coarse, but the balk is finer (ban was me with in the Golden Hole. The same enormous tlchnesß appears to extend la all directions. It fa estimated that already 2000 ounces have been taken cot of the new find. How the big shoot will prove is impossible to say at present, bat it is undoubtedly a continuation of the rich discovery first made.
A rich development is reported Id the Wealth of Nations mine, and wonder* fully rich stone has also been struck at the 60 feet level in the Carmine mine. The latter is said to almost equal the Londonderry specimens. .Reports from White Feather state that a magnificent reef Is developing In the Hit or. Misa mine, where 1000 ounces of gold have bean dollied out,
