Paris, June 10.
In the Chamber of Depntles a vote of ■ confidence in M. Hanobanx, Foreign Minister, was carried by a majority of 257 votes. This expression of confidence was obtained after the Minister had repeated the reasons given a few days ago for accepting the invitation of the German Government for the French navy to he present at the ceremeny in oonnecbion with the opening of the Biltlc Canal.

Speaking in the Chamber ot Deputies, M. Rlbot declared that pnbllc opinion bad ratified the alliance with Russia in regard to tbe terms of the China- Japanese peace treaty.
