Sydney, Saturday. The output of the Proprietary mine last week was over 200,000 ounces of silver. The Premier haa received a communication from Mr Eddy, requesting him not to bring the question of his salary before Parliament. Mr Reid supposes this to indicate tbat Mr Eddy will not accept reengagement. A large number of entries have been reoeived by the Sheep Breeders' Assooiatlon for tbe first show, opening on June 29th, They Include ail the chief New Zealand breeders, who will be strongly represented iv the lougwool olaeses.
