Any competitor found guilty of Bending in false Performances, running undor an assumed name, or practising any fraud, shall b 3 disqualified. Tho Committee reserve tho right to require any competitor, either belore or after any event, tomakeadcclaration as to his identity and tho correctness of his description of his Performances. Tho Committee may disqualify any competitor before or after any event who shall refuse to mako tho required declaration, and he shall not bo entitled to claim any prizo. Tho particular attontion of competitors is drawn to the following Rulo :— " Every competitor must wear complete clothing from tho shoulders to the knees ; that is jersey (sleeved to elbow), and loose drawers or trunks. Negloct of this Rulo renders tho competitor liable to bo excluded from taking part in tho Sports. In case of disputes all protests must bo made in writing and handed to tho Secretary within 15 minutes after the event, accompanied by a deposit of ss, which shall bo forfeited If tho protest is found to bo frivolous or vexatious.
