The Committeo reserve the right to require any competitor, either betore or after any event, tomake adcclartition as to his identity and tho correctness of his description of his Performances. The Committee may disqualify any competitor before or after any event who shall refuse to make tho requireddeclaration, and. he shall not be entitled to claim any prize. The particular attontion of competitors is drawn to the following Rule :— "Every competitor must wear complete olothingfrom the shoulders to the knees ; that is Jersey (sleeved to elbow), and loose drawers or trunks. Neglect ot this Rule renders the competitor liable to be excluded from taking part in the Sports.
