MELBOUBNE, Monday. The Licensing Reform Committee ap. poluled in Ballarat to collect information as lo tbe Scandinavian and other licensing systems, has forwarded a set of questions to the British Consuls at Gothenberg and Bergen relative to the Gothenberg system of dealing with the liquor traffic.
