Nominations for handicap ovents must be accompanied by colors and a record of provioua performances. Any competitor found guilty of sending in falso Performances, running under an assumed name, or practising any fraud, shall bo disqualified. The Committee reserve tho right to require any competitor, either belore or after any event, toruake adcclaration as to his identity and the correctness of his description of his Performances. The Committee may disqualify any competitor before or after any event who Bhall refußO to make the required declaration, and he shall not be entitled to claim any prize. Tho particular attention of competitors is drawn to the following Rule :— " Every competitor must wear complete clothing from the shoulders to the knees ; that is jersey (sleeved to elbow), and looso drawers or trunks. Neglect of this Rule renders the competitor liable to be excluded from taking part in the Sports. In case of disputes all protests must be mado in writing and handed to the Heoretary within 15 minutes after tho event, accompanied by a deposit of sa, which shall bo forfeited if the protest is found to bo frivolous or vexatious.
