All Pomes to be measured belore starting. Previous performance of the Horses to ho given at time of Nomination, also Colors of Eho Riders. All Horses must be ridden and driven out. All protests to be accompanied by a fee of 2 sovs, to be forfeited if the protest is not sustained. No protest will be received unless made before the rider or driver leaves th scales, except In the case of fraud. All disputes, objections, and claims arising nut, of the Racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, whose decision Rball bn final, and shall not be questioned in any Court of Law. Entries only received on this condition. Nominators must state the bona Ode owners of horses. To bo run under the Rules of the Hawke's Bay Metropolitan Trotting Club.
