Friday, January 18. (Before Mr Sandford, S.M.) BBBACH OF STOCK ACT. E. J. Whibley was charged on January 4th, 1895, with offering for sale at Stortf jrd Lodge abont sheep affected with Hoe. Nortbe, claim far £100 damages for personal injury received In a collision with the defendant's cart, owing to no lights being carried, and the horse and cart) being driven on the wrong Bide of the road. After considerable evidence had been taken, tbe case was adjourned to Napier at 10 o'clock to-morrow (Saturday) morning, when counsel will address tbe Court.
