Any competitor found guilty of sending in false .Performances, running under an assumed name, or practising any fraud, shall be disqualified. The Committee reserve tho right to require any competitor, either belore or after any evont, tomakeadoolaration as to his identity and tho correctness of his description of his Performances. Tho Committee may disqualify any competitor before or after any event who shall refuse to mako tho required declaration, and ho shall not be entitled to claim any prize. The particular attention of competitors is drawn to the following Rule :— " Every compotitor must wear complete clothing from the shoulders to the knees ; that is jersey (Bleeved to elbow), and loose drawers or trunks. Neglect of this Rule rondors tho competitor liable to be oxoluded from taking part in the Sports. In case of disputes all protests must be mode in writing and handod to tho Secretary within 15 minutes after tho event, accompanied by a deposit of ss, which shall bo forfeited if the protest is found to be frivolous or vexatious.
