Two doctors have certified that there is ample evidence to jnatlfy further investigation. Mr Lyle, his counsel, nrges that the prisoner is subject to epilepsy, that there are traces of hereditary insanity, and Also thai he is afflicted with mental diseases of a horrible character. The Cabinet has been reconstructed. Sir Graham Berry becomes Colonial Treasurer, Mr Zeal takes np the portfolio of Postmaster. General, Mr G. Dnfiy vacates the Attorney-Generalship in order to contest the Speakersbip, ana his portfolio will be taken by Mr Sbiels, the Premier. (Reoolved ApiU IT, U.» a.ra.)
