ALWAYS AHEAD.

Advices received from our agents in Western Australia report that the great Farmers' Field Trial of Reapers and Binders at Perth was won by the Buckeye, Hornsby being second, and M'Cormack tbird. Jamestown, S.A — The judges in awarding the Buckeye Lowdown the prize added a special note : "We are of opinion that this ia the machine of the future." Remsev, Victoria — The Field Trial of Reapers and Binders was ivon by the Buckeye, beating Hornsby, M'Cormack, Brandford, and Massey. The leading agriculturalists of Otago, Messrs James Smith and Son, Greenfields, write ns:— "We are pleased to say thafc your Lowdowns give us unqualified satisfaction. No machine is any good to us unless it will do as good work on the stiffest hillside as on the plain ; and the Buckeye is the only machine we know of that can do this. We cut our entire crop with four of them, and you can send us two more next season." (This makes a total of ten Buckeye Binders sold to Mesars James Smith and Son during the last four harvests). 4000 ACRES-STILL IN GOOD ORDER. Waterton, South Canterbury, June 9th, 1888.— About five years ago I bought a Buckeye mower, and since then have cut over FOUR THOUSAND acres with her— the first year alone I cut over one thousand. I have on several occasions cut where mowers of other makers had to be pulled out, not being able to get through the undergrowth. After doing the above work witb my machine, she is STILL IN GOOD ORDER. As for draught she is the lightest I have ever seen, and I would recommend any farmer requiringa mower to buy a Buckeye, and he will be satisfied.— Yours truly, A. DAWSON. Mr E. T. Claridge, Manager for J. R. Campbell, Esq., Southbridge, writes Sth November, 1889 :—" Pleaso book ray order for three Light Folding Elevator Buckeyes for delivery at Southbridge railway station. The two previously purchased from you have been in use two years, and have given me every satisfaction. They are very light in draught, and do really first-class work, leaving a clean even stubble." Buy the Buckeye and save on the first cost, as well as about 25 per cenfc on every duplicate purchased. Full stock of duplicate parts will be carried with our agenta. A. JONES & SON, Waipukurau. 1 .
