[per united press association.] Auckland, Friday. Me3ST3 Buckland and Sons reoort that at Remusra on Thursday dairy cattle kept the advance noted last week. Prices for useful cattle near calving ranged from £1 10 a to £7 7s. Store cattle were also better worth; a pair ot three-year-old ateors in low condition brought £i 14a; cows forward in calt, from 25s to £3 6s. For fat cattlo prices were some' what irregular, but on the whole Inst week's quotations, from 10s I o 12s for cows and 13s te 15a for oxen, were fully kept up. Calves were plentiful ; those well fatted sold at an advance, but inferior "were dull of sale. Fat sheep were in the usual number, and were firm; two-tooth wethers averaged lla ; aged wethers, 13s each ; ewca, 7s to lla 6d each. Pigs were in usual numbers, and were at late values.
