All that Pieco or Parcel of Land known as the RIVERSLEA PROPERTY, now in the occupation of Thomas Tannub, Esq., containing 2389 acres 1 rood 37 perches, moro or less, being all tho land comprised in Certificate of Title, vol. 16, folio 221.
