All that Pieco or Parcel of Land known as the RIVERSLEA PROPERTY, now in the occupation of Thomas Tannub, Esq., containing 2389 acres 1 rood 37 perches, moro or less, being all tho land comprised in Certificate of Title, vol. 16, folio 221. Also, All thoßo Pieces or Parcels of Land varying in size from about J-ncro to 25 ncres, containing in tho aggregate 517 acres 2 roods and 37 perched, more or less, being the unsold uortipnu of a block of land containing 1000 acres, more or less, adjoining the Township of Hastings, which blocK was somo time ago offered for sale in sections of various sizes by Mr Tanner.
