GERMANY.
(Reoeived April 11, noon.) Hamburg, April 10. The body of a boy, horribly mangled and evidently murdered, has been found in a back street in this city. The circumstances strongly resemble those of the Whitechapel murders. The mutilations had evidently been done by a practised hand. There is no clue to the murderer. Berlin, April 10. General VerdyVernois succeeds General Broasart von Schellendorf as Prussian Minister of War.
