(Received November 26. O.U a.m.) Paws, November 24. ' It is reported that M. Floquet bas ordered the arrest of fifty followers of General Boulanger and the" reactionary leaders on the charge of intriguing against the State. The rumor is creating great excitement in this city. General Boulanger and Count Cassagnac profess to believe the report, while the Government Press ridicule it.
