(Received April 23, 12.30 a.m.) Paris, April 21. The centenary of La Perouse, the point whero the cable from Now Zealand touches in New South Wales, will be celebrated in this city. M. Carnot, fearning " Boulangerian " demonstrations, has deferred his tour to the southern provinces. April 22. A collision has occurred between some Parisian students who ridiculed General Bonlanger and the followers of the latter. Tho . disturbance became so serious- t! a the interference of the police had to be obtained. Finally the crowd were dispersed, but not before many of the rioters were injured. The Cham tier of Deputies has agreed to postpone the question of reforming the constitution for the present. The Cabinet has decided that M. Carnot should proceed on his tour as origiually fixed.
