(Received April 21, 12.50 a.m.) Paris, April 19. The Chamber of Deputies was opened to-day. General Boulanger delivered orations to the crowds assembled as he went to and returned from the Chamber. There was no disorder at th"o opening of tho Chamber. A vote of confidence in the Government, expressing a belief that they would ensure respect for tho Bopublic and triumphantly carry a moderate policy of constitutional reform, was'agreed to by a majority of 200. The motion was proposed in consequence: of General Boulanger's demonstrations. The Government announced that they propose to nominate a committee to revise tho constitution of France on Saturday. (Reooivad April 21, 1.25 a.m.) Aprjl 20. In the Chamber of Deputies to-day M. Floquet stated that the Government favored a revision of the constitution, and would be prepared to consider any well-defined proposal that did not aim at a monarchy, or that was not a cloak covering a dictator's throne. >
