Suva, 233 tons, Captain Spinks, arrived from Wellington ato p.m. yesterday, having left Wellington at 7 p.m. on Monday, and experienced strong N.W. gales and heavy seas from Wellington to Cape Turnagain. thence south winds and moderate seas till arrival. The Snva will discharge her cargo at Uio breastwork, proceeding to Gisborne and Auckland at 1 p.m. to-day. . The s.s. Kahu, Cantain Romorill, arrived from Wellington early yesterday morning. She had a Bmall cargo, which Bhe discharged on the breastwork, and resumed her voyago to VVelUngton at 6 p.m. yesterday. The B.S. Walroa left the Wairoa at 10.30 yesterday morning, and arrlvod at about 4 o'clook yesterday afternoon. She had a good .numher of passengers and a small cargo of ■wool, fruit, Seo. She returns to the TTairoa at 12 to-night. The «.s. Mararoa leaves Auokland at noon to-day, and should arrive hers at daylight on Saturday morning. The aa. i'e Anau, from South, will also arrive on Saturday. The s.B. Australia left Auckland at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, and should arrive here early on Friday morning. Sho prooeeds to Wellington same day at 9 a.m. The 8,8. Coptic will not leave Wellington until Saturday, consequently she will not Arrive here before Sunday. She should proceed to LyUolton on Tuesday. The B.s. Fntry left for the wreck of tho s.s. Go-ahead at 3 o'clock yesterday morning to . obtain some of the salvage. The trip was not so successful as was expected, although somo ot the gear of tho ill-fated Bteamer was obtained. The Fairy returned at 1 o'clock yeaterday. The schooner Alert will get away for Lyttelton to-day. The 8.8, Ahuriri, Captain B. B. Creagh, arrlvod Irom Ponrororo, Waimarama, and Blackhead, nt 3 o'clock yesterday. She was successful in landing her cargo at each station.
