The Judges declared that the plan that had been adopted for a campaign ot agitation against the payment of rents was illegal, and that Mr Dillon's language in his speeches recently delivered was an incitem,en,i; to disorder and to the violation of oontracts. The prisoner was ordered to find within twelve days security for his good behavior in his own recognisance of £1000---and two sureties of £1000 each; in default six months' imprisonment. AMERICA.
