The Government which was formed at > Sophia, the Bulgarian capital, on the ''' deposition of 1 Prince Alexander, has been overthrown. M. ZanliofF, the leader of the rebellion, and the others who formed the Government, have been arrested.

Mi Stambonloff, who formed the second provisional Government for Bulgaria at Tirnova, has issued a proclamation announcing the establishment of martial law. ■ ■ General Matkuroff has " been appointed to command the army with full powers.' No definite information lias beon received as to the movements of- Prince Alexander, and his whereabouts is Involved in complete mystery. '"" ' "__',
