[bedtbr's telegrams.] (Received June 2, 1.45 a.m.) Lowdon, June 1. A letter has been published from Earl Grauville to the effect that the statements recently made, that a settlement had been arrived at between England and Russia as to the delimitation oi the Afghan frontier, was incorrect. The question of the Afghan frontier delimitation is still the subject of negotiation, between the two countries.
