(Received April 25, 8.40 p.m.) —- Sydney, Satqiday. An intercolonial eight-oared bc^ race i was rowed to-day on the Paramatta river. Crews from four coloniea were entered for the event, which has hitherto been between Victoria and New South Wales. A splendid race took place, reßulting in a victory for the New South Wales crew by two lengths, Victoria second, Taßr,i* mania third, and Queensland last.
